SERVICES

Work with LS•STUDIO.

The studio works across body, object and space through commissions, spatial concepts and research-led collaborations.

A project may begin with an existing study, a new piece, a spatial condition or a question that does not yet have form.

Each engagement is shaped around its context, scale, material possibilities and intended relationship with the body.

Different scales. Different ways to begin.

Begin with an existing concept.

Begin with a new relationship between body and matter.

Begin with an environment.

Or begin with a question that needs another way of being explored.

LS•STUDIO offers four forms of collaboration.

01 · EXISTING CONCEPT

Request a Piece

Begin with an existing study.

Select a Body Fragment or object-scale concept already developed by LS•STUDIO and explore its translation into a physical piece.

The chosen study becomes a starting point. Geometry, scale, fit, material, finish and fabrication are defined in response to the person or context for which it is being developed.

Conceptual images are not stock products or fixed technical designs.

Feasibility, production method, price and timing are confirmed after the initial enquiry.

02 · BESPOKE COMMISSION

Commission a Fragment

Begin with a new relationship.

Commission a body-scale piece, light, object, furniture element or material intervention developed for a specific person, interior or context.

The process begins not with a predetermined form, but with a relationship:

What should the piece hold, filter, support, protect or transform?

From there, LS•STUDIO develops a unique direction through research, visual exploration, digital sculpture, material testing and prototyping.

The result may remain experimental or move towards physical fabrication, depending on the scope and technical feasibility of the commission.

03 · PHYSICAL, EPHEMERAL AND IMMERSIVE

Spatial Concepts & Experiences

Begin with an environment.

LS•STUDIO develops physical, ephemeral and immersive concepts through spatial sequence, atmosphere, form, light and matter.

The work begins with the experience that a space should create in the body.

From there, thresholds, movement, proportion, material transitions and sensory intensity become part of a spatial strategy.

A commission may involve an interior concept, temporary installation, exhibition environment, wellness or hospitality space, material intervention, immersive experience or virtual prototype.

LS•STUDIO can lead the conceptual and sensory direction independently or collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, fabricators and local technical teams for development and execution.

04 · CREATIVE AND RESEARCH-LED COLLABORATION

Consultancy & Collaborations

Begin with shared research.

LS•STUDIO collaborates with architects, interior designers, artists, brands, manufacturers and cultural organisations that want to introduce a more body-aware, material and sensory dimension into a project.

The studio can enter at an early conceptual stage, help define the experiential direction of a project or develop a specific line of research alongside an existing team.

This service is particularly suited to projects that do not need another conventional design solution, but a clearer relationship between body, material, atmosphere and perception.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy a piece shown on the website?

1

The pieces currently shown by LS•STUDIO are conceptual studies, works in development or physical experiments.

Selected concepts may be developed by request, but they are not immediate stock purchases. Material, geometry, feasibility, price and timing are confirmed after enquiry.

Can LS•STUDIO fabricate the final piece?

2

Depending on the scale, material and technical requirements, LS•STUDIO may develop prototypes directly or coordinate fabrication with specialised printers, makers, jewellers, ceramicists, metalworkers or manufacturers.

The appropriate production route is defined during development.

Can the studio collaborate on an architectural project?

3

Yes.

LS•STUDIO can lead or contribute to the conceptual, sensory, material and immersive direction of a spatial project.

Technical documentation, engineering, regulatory approval and execution may be developed in collaboration with the client’s architect, local consultants or specialised technical team.

Do you work internationally?

4

Yes.

Concept development, consultancy, digital design and immersive work can be carried out remotely. Travel, site visits and in-person development can be included when required by the project.

How is artificial intelligence used?

5

AI is used as an exploratory and visualisation tool within a broader design process.

It helps open possible directions and test relationships, but it does not replace digital development, technical decisions, material testing, prototyping or fabrication.

AI-assisted conceptual visualisations are identified as such.

How much does a project cost?

6

Fees depend on the scale, complexity, deliverables, development stage and level of fabrication or technical collaboration required.

After the initial enquiry, LS•STUDIO provides a tailored scope, fee and estimated timeline before work begins.

You do not need to arrive with a finished brief.

Begin with an image, a material, a space, a sensation or a question.
